FEATURE:  You can now set (via Tools/Options/General/Projects and Solutions dialog) if new projects should default to release or debug mode.

CHANGE:  The dictionary detects corrupt audit details and fixes them
CHANGE: System.BadImageFormatException was not reporting what assembly has the error

FIX:  Copying an item from one dictionary to another sometimes caused invalid audit details to be stored
FIX:  Pragmas added to a project via #PDEFINE were not removed if the #PDEFINE was not executed during the next code generation
FIX: "With prior" and "With next" have to be available in "Format Detail Properties"
